Hi! I’m Megan.

Besides being the owner, operator, designer, creator, customer support team, and marketing team behind eight&south, I’m also a fan of stand-up comedy, a hobby photographer, a lover of most-things-1970s, and an avid documentary devourer.

I have a rich job history, with more than 15 years of content creation, digital marketing, and customer service experience. Prior to branching out on my own and starting eight&south, I spent almost 5 years as the content strategist, copywriter, & SEO director for three food blogs and the communications director & client support specialist for a virtual assistant agency. I also have a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre & Communications, a Master of Business Administration in Marketing, and various certifications for digital marketing and SEO.
